Steam support resolved this issue for me. The person back then linked to some weird site he bought it on (can't remember which one) so I did a little digging and found that it is some kind of weird edition of the game sold by third parties (NOT Paradox nor Steam) and at least one of the sites clearly states on the product info the following: Originally posted by bubbas:I recall someone else posting this a while back, back then I didn't even know that such an edition did exists.
